Located in Stillman Valley—just west of Chicago and 15 minutes south of Rockford—Brass Family Farm has been in our family for over 100 years. We offer premium 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef through quarter, half, and whole beef shares, along with convenient smaller beef boxes available for farm pickup.
While modern agriculture has changed, our convictions haven’t: we believe in healing the soil, raising animals with respect, and feeding families clean, nutrient-dense food you can feel good about.

Our Story
FAMILY MANAGED
Stephen Brass (fourth generation) currently runs the day-to-day operations of the farm while his wife, Andria, is busy raising the fifth generation of future farmers.
